Everything you need to know about our commission miniature painting service
Is there a minimum commission?
NO. We take on every order, no matter how small. We don't want each client's budget to be a handicap when it comes to owning a well-painted miniature.
How do I get updates on my order?
As part of our service we send progress photos to every client, either by email or WhatsApp — whichever you prefer.
Do you offer a fast painting service with deadlines?
If you need an order for a specific date — a tournament, a birthday or just because you don't like to wait — we can meet realistic deadlines. Our workflow is first-in, first-out, so prioritising an order carries a small 'Rush Order' surcharge.
Can you buy the miniatures for me?
Of course — in fact we recommend it: you save the outbound shipping cost. You pay the purchase amount with no additional service fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, bank transfer and Bizum.
Can you strip miniatures?
YES. We can safely strip lead, resin and plastic miniatures. If the miniatures are still on the market we usually recommend buying new ones, as the final finish can vary compared to new pieces. Contact us for pricing.
Do you work with fixed budgets?
Yes. Our mission is to adapt to each client's needs. Tell us your budget and your idea and we'll send you the best realistic proposal we can fit to that figure.
Can I pay in instalments?
We can split payments across multiple instalments. In that case we don't ship the miniatures until the full payment is completed.
Are there different painting levels?
Yes. We offer five main tiers: Earthly Brush (L1), Lunar Brush (L2), Celestial Brush (L3), Stellar Brush (L4) and Galactic Brush (L5), the last with display finish. See examples on /en/miniature-painting.
Can I mix painting levels in one order?
Absolutely — we recommend it. In an army you can pick a basic tier for troops, a mid tier for heroes and monsters and an advanced tier for your favourite piece.
Will you tell me how you painted my miniatures?
We'll share the colours we used. We don't reveal our techniques, but we understand you may want to paint the rest of the army yourself and match the scheme.
How is shipping handled?
We ship worldwide with tracked couriers so you can always see where your order is.
Will my miniatures arrive safely?
Our boxes are fully secured and we protect the miniatures with special care. They're not just your miniatures — they're our work too, and we don't want them to suffer any damage.
