Private commission · Level 2 · Delivered in November 2026. Complete 15-miniature Lizardmen team by Greebo Games for Fantasy Football, painted to Level 2. Vibrant contrast between blue scaly skin and reddish leather and bone armour details, made to stand out on the pitch.
The project
This project features a complete Lizardmen team manufactured by Greebo Games, built for intense sports wargames and Fantasy Football matches. The roster combines the slippery agility of the Skinks, the hard-hitting Saurus Blockers and the towering presence of the great Kroxigor at its centre, forming a squad ready to dominate the pitch.
The painting was completed to our Level 2. At Starbrush Studio, this tier focuses on fully tabletop-ready teams with an eye-catching, clean and well-defined look. For the colour scheme the client chose a classic blue reptilian skin, with washes defining the musculature and basic highlights on the upper scales. Leather straps and bone elements such as skulls and claws add a warm contrast that enriches every figure.
The bases recreate a traditional pitch with bright green static grass. This finish directly evokes classic stadium turf and, by contrast, boosts the luminosity of the blue miniatures, giving the team strong visual cohesion for tournaments.
