As part of our painting service miniatures, from Starbrush Studio we send photographs of the miniature painting process to our clients, either by email or WhatsApp.

If for some reason you need us to make an order with a deadline in which you need an army or a miniature, such as a tournament, a birthday, or just do not like to wait !, tell us. We can meet the deadlines you need and yes, we can work with deadlines as long as they are realistic.

Now, our work dynamics is based on the “FIRS IN FIRST OUT”, or what is the same, We produce the orders in order of arrival. So, if We´ve to give priority to an order with close deadline, It will carry a surcharger in concept or “Urgent Order”

This doesn´t have any price increase,

This has no increase in the budget. You´ll pay the amount purchase without any additional charge.

We accept payments by bank transfer and PayPal.

Yes we can! We can remove the paint from any material miniatures. If miniatures to strip still exist in the market, We recommend buying new miniatures, because the final job of miniatures with their paint removed may vary with respect to new miniatures.

But, there are times when we need to strip miniatures. It´s possible that their´re discontinued, or you love your miniatures and you want to paint them again. Contact us for more information and prices!

Our mission, and “StarBrush Spirit” is to adapt to the needs and possibilities of our customers. Have you little money and don´t know what you could do with it? Don´t worry! We´ll find the best solution to meet your needs!

Suppose you want to place an order, and inform us that your budget is £ 60. You tell us what your idea would be and what you want to do with that budget and we will send you a realistic and adjusted budget of the best we can do with the budget you have.

We offer the possibility of paying by installments in our paint miniatures service. According to your possibilities we can divide in more or less terms.

In ths case, you need to know that we don´t ship the miniatures until de paymen is completed.

For example: an army wich have different troops, heroes and monsters. In this case, you can choose our LEVEL 1 level to paint the troops, our CELESTIAL BRUSH level to paint heroes and monsters, and our MYTHICAL DRAGON level to paint your favourite miniature.

We´ll tell you the diferentes colours We have used.

We don´t reveal uor techniques or our painting secrets, but We understand you´ll surely want to paint the miniatures for your army, and they must all have the same color scheme.

We send orders by certified shipping, always with a tracking number so you can see where your miniatures are.
